Introduction

Dinamic Oil North America LLC ("DONA") respects Your privacy and is committed to protecting it through DONA's compliance with this policy.

Minors Under the Age of 18

The Site is not intended for minors under 18 years of age, and DONA does not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 18. If DONA learns it has collected or received personal information from a minor under 18, DONA will delete that information. Information DONA Collects and How DONA Collects Such Information

DONA, by virtue of hosting its site on GOOGLE, has access to information that GOOGLE collects, including GOOGLE ANALYTICS, which collects and provides information to DONA regarding all traffic on DONA's Site, including geolocation, unique person identifiers, and web pages visited.

When You download, register with, or use the Site, DONA may ask You to provide information:

In light of the possible third-party collection and/or tracking of Your personal information, You acknowledge and agree that, in the event You use or access the Site, You accept full and sole responsibility for the security and protection of Your personal information or the personal information of others. DONA expressly disclaims any and all liability for any and all third-party collection or tracking of personal information.

How DONA Uses Your Information

DONA uses information about You or that You provide to DONA, including any personal information, to:

  • Provide to You the Site and its contents, and any other information, products, or services offered to You by DONA on the Site;
  • Fulfill any other purpose for which You provide the requested information, such as for Site functionality, statistical evaluation, general research, and similar purposes;
  • Give You notices about Your account and/or orders with DONA;
  • Carry out DONA's obligations and enforce DONA's rights arising from any contracts entered into between You and DONA, including for billing and collection;
  • Correspond with You, should You request such correspondence; and
  • Notify You via email when new Site features, updates, or changes are available, and of changes to any products or services DONA offers or provides through the Site, however, Your inclusion in such an email list will only occur should You provide Your email address to DONA. DONA uses the above-referenced information to improve the Site and to deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling DONA to:

  • Estimate DONA's audience size and usage patterns;
  • Speed up Your searches; and
  • Facilitate optimized Site performance, such as the Site's ability to recognize You when You use the Site.

DONA uses location information for statistical evaluation and general research.

  • If DONA believes disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of DONA's Users or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Your Choices About DONA's Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Your Information

DONA strives to provide You with choices regarding the personal information You provide to DONA. This section describes mechanisms DONA provides for You to control certain uses and disclosures of Your information.

  • Tracking Technologies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies or block the use of other tracking technologies, some parts of the Site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

If You block the use of location information, some parts of the Site may become inaccessible or not function properly.
  • Promotion by DONA.If You do not want DONA to use your email address to promote DONA's products or services, You can opt out by unsubscribing from the email list in the manner set forth within such email. You can also always opt out by sending DONA an email stating Your request to info.usa@dinamicoil.com.

DONA does not control third parties' collection or use of Your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide You with ways to choose not to have Your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website.

Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information

You may send DONA an email at info.usa@dinamicoil.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to DONA. DONA cannot delete Your personal information except by also deleting Your account information. DONA may not accommodate a request to change information if DONA believes the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

California residents may have additional personal information rights and choices. Please see "Your California Privacy Rights" below for more information.

Your California Privacy Rights

If You are a California resident, California law may provide You with additional rights regarding DONA's use of Your personal information. To learn more about Your California privacy rights, contact DONA at info.usa@dinamicoil.com.

California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code § 1798.83) permits Users of the Site that are California residents to request certain information regarding DONA's disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please send an email to info.usa@dinamicoil.com.

Further, California residents should be aware of the following consumer rights regarding use of the Site:

  • Disclosures at Collection pursuant to Cal. Civil Code § 1798.100: “A consumer shall have the right to request that a business that collects a consumer's personal information disclose to that consumer the categories and specific pieces of personal information the business has collected.”
  • Deletion right pursuant to Cal. Civil Code § 1798.105: “A consumer shall have the right to request that a business delete any personal information about the consumer which the business has collected from the consumer.”
  • Disclosures for Business that Collects Personal Information pursuant to § 1798.110.
  • Disclosures for Business that Sells Personal Information or Discloses Personal Information for a Business Purpose pursuant to Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.115.
  • Non-Discrimination Rights and Financial Incentive Notice pursuant to Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.125: “A business shall not discriminate against a consumer because the consumer exercised any of the consumer's rights . . . A business that offers any financial incentives pursuant to this subdivision . . . shall notify consumers of the financial incentives pursuant to § 1798.130.”

Data Security

DONA has implemented measures designed to secure Your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alternation, and disclosure through a password-protected firewall.

The safety and security of Your information also depends on You. Where DONA has given You (or where You have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of the Site, You are responsible for keeping this password confidential. DONA asks that You not share Your password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although DONA does its best to protect Your personal information, DONA cannot guarantee the security of Your personal information transmitted through the Site. Any transmission of personal information is at Your own risk. DONA is not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures DONA provides.

Your Massachusetts Data Security Rights

If You are a Massachusetts resident, Massachusetts law may provide You with additional rights regarding DONA's use of Your personal information. To learn more about Your Massachusetts privacy rights, contact DONA at info.usa@dinamicoil.com.

However, DONA does not collect and store "Personal Information", as defined by Massachusetts law. "Personal information" under the Massachusetts Data Security Regulation includes first name or initial and last name in combination with any one or more of the following: social security number; driver's license number or state-issued identification card number; or financial account number, or credit or debit card number, with or without any required security code, access code, personal identification number or password that would permit access to a resident's financial account.

Changes to DONA's Privacy Policy

DONA may update its Privacy Policy from time to time. If DONA makes material changes to how DONA treats its Users' personal information, DONA will post the new Privacy Policy on the Site.

The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for periodically visiting this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
